Fruits and veggies are important for your health, and you need to eat more of these to be super healthy. But, some combinations are bad for you. You should never combine fruits and veggies. Experts claim that these combinations can even be fatal. We give you a list of foods that should never be combined.
BANANA AND PUDDING
This is quite a heavy combination, and it will slow you. The banana-pudding combination increases the production of toxins, and it can be fatal for small children.
CARROTS AND ORANGES
It’s one of the most favorite combinations, but it causes heartburn and acid reflux. Some say it damages the kidneys, and causes other troubles.
MILK AND PINEAPPLE
Bromelain in pineapples is the reason you should never combine this fruit with milk. This combination causes headaches, stomach pain, nausea, infections, diarrhea and other ailments that may be fatal for babies.
LEMON AND PAPAYA
This causes anemia and hemoglobin issues. Do not combine these two, and definitely avoid giving your children citrusy papaya treats.

This combination will give you acidosis, gases, nausea and headaches.
MILK AND ORANGE
If you like to add orange juice to your cereal, you may want to change your eating habits. Orange juice affects the digestion of the starch in your cereal, and when combined with milk, it’s even worse.

Sweet – Combine sweet fruits that contain no acids. This includes bananas, apples, plums, cantaloupe and watermelon.
Acidic – These contain citric acid, and you can combine them well. Use lemon, orange, blueberries, grapes, kiwis and grapefruit.
Semi-acidic – These don’t contain that much acid, and are easy to mix. Try raspberry, mango, apples, and strawberry.
Neutral – These are rich in vitamins, oils, salt and protein. Combine avocado, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, and coconut.
